We value the parent partnerships and strive to keep parents involved in their child’s daily experiences by adopting an open two-way communication approach.
Our Team
Our team is made up of a diverse range of women, who love kids and are great caretakers. We have a great mix of young versus more experienced women, ranging in age from mid 20s to mid 50s.
All our teachers are certified and undergo regular trainings.
Our in-house educational coordinator helps build a complete and enriching program, as well as helps implement it properly and effectively by being present on ground every day and monitoring the teachers.

General manager
To begin, let me introduce myself: I’m a licensed speech and language therapist since 2010 with a particular interest in the world of early childhood and infancy. It has always been my passion to walk hand in hand with the little ones during the early years of their development, their socialization and their journey. It is with this mindset that I joined the team at l'Académie des Bébés in 2014, a move that has allowed me to be in direct contact with both children and parents equally to ensure I can build a strong foundation with a lasting impact.
Our primary goal is to provide a safe and secure world for each and every one of our children, while making sure they are constantly stimulated and surrounded by enriching experiences. This is why, we all work together as a team to provide each child with love, affection and a sense of security that are the base of their wellbeing and development.
At l'Académie des Bébés, we believe in the power of play to enhance a child’s learning abilities. We create a diverse and enriching environment daily, aimed at encouraging a child’s independence and stimulating their senses through the use of routines, messy play, fun themed activities and outdoor play. This builds on the child’s existing sense of curiosity and helps them absorb the learning concepts, which will become indispensable tools for life.

We provide each child with the highest quality of care in a safe, stimulating environment that encourages curiosity, fun, and respectful learning. We instill confidence and positivity, and we keep parents involved through open, two-way communication every day.
Nayla Moussa, a licensed speech and language therapist since 2010, leads L'académie des bébés as General Manager and joined the team in 2014.
Nayla brings a clinical background in early childhood and infant development. Her direct, daily contact with both children and families guides the school's emphasis on building secure attachments, stimulating environments, and an open-door policy for parents.
L'académie des bébés has a multidisciplinary team of qualified educators supported by an in-house pediatrician, on-site nurse, psychologist, speech therapist, and psycho-motor therapist.
Our teaching team includes nurses and preschool educators with years of hands-on experience, and every staff member holds an annual Red Cross first-aid certificate. They are supported on-site by a pediatrician (monthly checkups), a nurse (daily presence), a psychologist (weekly), a psycho-motor therapist (twice a week), and a speech therapist (twice a week).
